Scalp Eczema - A Curing Eczema Dinner

I like to eat a more substantive meal for dinner. You can choose a grain and/or vegetable dish. This meal can be partially cooked, or all raw. However you wish to serve it is fine.

You can choose from brown rice, potato or kasha for your grain with steamed or stir fried vegetables or pulse-based dishes such as lentil or split-pea soups with a slice of rye bread or crispbread.

Stir frying your vegetables is very easy. You should fry all ingredients very quickly in a small amount of oil. If you have large sized vegetables, these should be chopped to small cubes so that they can cooked within the maximum of three minutes.

Here are two examples of vegetable dinners:

Sprout Stir Fry:

Soya Oil - 2 teaspoons

Mung sprouts or other sprouted seeds

Large red or green pepper, chopped

Vegetable bouillon powder, 1 teaspoon

Freshly ground pepper

Place oil in wok and heat. Stir-fry sprouts and peppers for one minute.

Add some vegetable bouillon powder or soy sauce and add pepper.

Serve.

Simple Steamed Vegetables

Head of one celery

6 potatoes

4 large carrots

2 cups of filtered water

bay leaf

1 teaspoon of vegetable bouillon powder

tahini

freshly ground pepper

Scrub all vegetables and cut into small pieces. Place bay leaf and vegetable bouillon powder in a small pot with water. Place in preheated oven to 400°F (200°C) or Gas mark 6 for 20 to 25 minutes.

Add tahini and stir for two minutes. Then replace in oven for another five minutes. Season with black pepper. Serve.
